• Provide accurate and complete registration information
• Maintain the security of your account credentials
• Accept responsibility for all activities under your account
• Notify us immediately of any unauthorized use

3. Bidding and Auctions

When participating in auctions:

• All bids are legally binding commitments to purchase
• You are responsible for reading item descriptions and conditions
• Winning bidders must complete payment within the specified timeframe
• We reserve the right to cancel bids that violate our policies
• Reserve prices may apply to certain items

4. Payment Terms

Payment for won auctions must be made promptly using approved payment methods. Failure to complete payment may result in:

• Account suspension or termination
• Forfeiture of security deposits
• Liability for unpaid balances and collection costs
• Negative feedback or rating

5. Delivery and Shipping

We facilitate delivery of purchased items straight to your doorstep in Dubai, UAE. Delivery terms include:

• Shipping costs are the responsibility of the buyer unless otherwise stated
• Delivery timeframes are estimates and may vary
• Risk of loss passes to the buyer upon delivery
• Claims for damaged or missing items must be reported within 48 hours

6. Prohibited Conduct

Users are prohibited from:

• Engaging in fraudulent bidding or shill bidding
• Interfering with auction operations or other users
• Violating any applicable laws or regulations
• Using automated systems or bots without authorization
• Attempting to manipulate prices or circumvent auction rules

7. Intellectual Property

All content on the Platform, including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, and software, is the property of DXB Auctions or its licensors and is protected by intellectual property laws. Unauthorized use is strictly prohibited.

8. Limitation of Liability

DXB Auctions acts as a facilitator between buyers and auction marketplaces. We are not responsible for:

• The accuracy of item descriptions provided by auction marketplaces
• Defects or issues with purchased items
• Disputes between buyers and sellers
• Service interruptions or technical issues

9. Dispute Resolution

Any disputes arising from use of the Platform shall be resolved through binding arbitration in Dubai, United Arab Emirates, in accordance with UAE laws.

10. Modifications to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these Terms and Conditions at any time. Changes will be effective immediately upon posting. Your continued use of the Platform constitutes acceptance of modified terms.

11. Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account at any time for violation of these terms or for any other reason at our discretion.
